President & Founder

Tillana Chakraborti

As a high-impact General Manager with P&L responsibility, Tillana leverages deep expertise in product portfolio management to drive revenue and profit growth. Her expertise includes end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to sunset, across several industries and product lines. She currently leads a healthcare software solutions business at 3M. Tillana passionately believes that business outcomes are driven by collaboration, fostering an inclusive culture, and keeping an agile mindset.

Soniya Bhojwani

Soniya Bhojwani, Engineering Manager at Medtronic. A curious and results-oriented STEM Engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, Soniya’s expertise spans the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, with a strong foundation in product quality and reliability engineering. Beyond her professional realm, Soniya deeply believes in community engagement, demonstrating kindness through dedicated volunteer work. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and making the community a better place through her service.

Alli Naithani

Alli Naithani has over 25 years of experience working in Human Resources. She has worked in a variety of roles from HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Instructor of HR, and most recently as an HR Director. She earned a BA degree from the University of St. Thomas and a MA degree from the School for International Training. Her family immigrated from the tropical climate of Kerala, India to the 4-season climate of Minnesota where she was born and raised. Her proudest title in life is Mom thanks to her two sons. She enjoys speed walking, supporting her husband playing pickleball and teaching Indian cooking classes.

Suchi Sairam

SUCHI SAIRAM is a chronically curious arts entrepreneur, performing artist-teacher-choreographer, accidental author, voice over artist, public speaker and chai-o-holic. She is the Founder-Director of Kala Vandanam, and authored the award-winning children’s book, Dancing Deepa. Her nearly 40-year journey in the arts alongside her long career in corporate and small businesses gives her a unique worldview. Aside from her passion for the arts, she loves to support women and girls in business and STEM. Suchi’s mission is to integrate the arts, science, culture, leadership and entrepreneurship to help develop great people and spread good in the world around us.

Kiran is a Junior at Wayzata High School. A keen student, she is also engaged in several extracurricular activities such as Quizbowl, Club Unified Students and BPA and part of the tennis and track teams.

Vidya is passionate about fostering inclusive cultures, leveraging innovation, and using data-driven decision-making to enhance impact and performance.
