Her expertise includes end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to sunset, across several industries and product lines. She currently leads a healthcare software solutions business at 3M. Tillana passionately believes that business outcomes are driven by collaboration, fostering an inclusive culture, and keeping an agile mindset.

Sanchayita is a strategy and investment executive with over 26 years in various leadership positions, developing and executing strategies and transforming ideas for business growth into action. She currently runs Perennate Strategies, an independent venture focused on strategy and private equity investment management. Sanchayita is passionate about helping women advance in STEM fields and serves on the board of several local, non-profit organizations.

Parul is an Operations Executive in a commercial real estate management and development business. With over 15 years of experience, Parul has managed multiple projects in commercial real estate, including acquisition, financing, administration and leasing. She is skilled at implementing diverse workforce programs and benefits that have contributed to improved employee satisfaction and overall business growth.

Poonam is a partner at the global law firm of DLA Piper, and practices across a wide variety of sectors, with a particular emphasis on transactions in energy, manufacturing and the financial services industry. Poonam has extensive experience working on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial law matters. Her experience includes coordinating large teams of lawyers to assist clients in structuring, negotiating, implementing and closing international transactions

Focused on the people side of change, Ashwini is passionate about designing solutions that can accelerate business strategy. In her current role, Ashwini leads a brand-new content strategy for global Marketing & Communications.
